| Additional Information: | 2017 WisDOT survey- The property is located on the north side of Main Street in an east-side residential neighborhood in the city of Menomonie. The house has a two-story cube form with a rectilinear footprint, expanded by a rearwing. The shallow-pitched hipped roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles. The exterior walls are clad in clapboard siding. A one-story porch with a half-hipped roof extends across the façade. The west half of the porch is screened, while the east half, which includes the front door, is open. A second modern door is placed within the screened section of the porch. Windows on the house are one-over-one replacement metal sashes. A detached two-car garage is located northeast of the house. |
