Additional Information:	A large, two story clapboard and stucco residence displaying characteristics of the Italianate style. A low hipped roof caps the structure, while brackets articulate the eave line. According to the 1897 Sanborn Perris map, a veranda originally wrapped around the northeast corner of the dwelling and was evidently replaced when the two story porch was added.
