Additional Information:1981 SURVEY INFO: A two story clapboard sided dwelling capped by a truncated hip roof that is broken by a gable on the main facade. The simple structure, which originally featured a veranda (see 1897 Sanborn-Perris map), is surrounded by a spacious lawn. 1987 SURVEY UPDATE: Landmarks Certificate of Appropriateness - change of pitch of garage roof from flat roof.
