Additional Information:A simple one and a half story frame residence which evokes the popular Queen Anne style. Intersecting gables, clapboard and shingle siding, and a classical veranda characterize the structure.

THIS HOUSE HAS BEEN RESIDED IN VINYL AND IT HAS BEEN GIVEN A VINYL TILE ROOF AS WELL.

CITY OF EAU CLAIRE TAX ROLLS SUGGEST THAT THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT BETWEEN 1877 AND 1884, AT WHICH TIME IT WAS OWNED BY ALEXANDER BARD.
