| Additional Information: | This structure contributes to the significance of the East College Avenue Residential Historic District under Criterion C as yet another example of a vernacular Victorian cottage that was remodelled in the Colonial Revival style in the 1920's to give it a fashionable new look. In this case, new six-over-six sash and a barrel-vaulted porch were installed to bring this tiny cottage up to date. |
