This property consists of a large, brick, three-story former brewery facility (AHI#38879; Ca. 1870s with
additions through circa 1901 and alterations thereafter), as well as a one-story, brick office structure
(AHI#38882; built circa 1900 and remodeled to one story after 1924). 10 Regarding the latter, the walls of the
hipped-roof building are sheathed with orange-tone brick, while window and door openings are outlined by red
brick "quoined" surrounds. Oriented to the north, the primary entry is located at center and is flanked by a
tripartite window opening to either side. Double-hung sash punctuate the remaining three walls.
