| Additional Information: | This 2 1/2 story Craftsman house was constructed in 1905. It is rectangular in plan with stucco walls and an asphalt-shingled front-gable roof. The front elevation faces southeast and is symmetrical in plan. The first story contains a central front door with 1-over-1 windows on each side; the porch is sheltered by a small, flat-roofed entry porch with metal pole supports. The second story contains two 1-over-1 windows. A smaller 1-over-1 window is located just under the gable where the surrounding wall has decorative half-timber detailing.
