Additional Information:Hip roofed two-story house with cross gable, plain metal cornice with brick parapet above, segmental arched windows and door with radiating brick voussoirs, double entrance doors with transom windows.

One-story brick (painted), flat roofed commercial building with segmental arches windows.

This small brick building is the office building for the adjacent People's Ice and Fuel Co. plant at 725 South 2nd St.
