NOTES
Additional Information:Trellis framing entrance bay; rear flat roofed dormer.

1996- "With its low, flat roof in conjunction with its wide overhanging eaves and simplicity of form and detail, this residence deserves note as a fine example of the Contemporary movement derived from the International Style. This dwelling is composed of two "modules;" primary ingress is gained through a trellised front entry in the one story module. Rectangular windows, characteristic of the style, punctuate this unit's aluminum and board sidings. Behind this section and rising two stories is a similar module, also sheathed with aluminum siding and carrying regularly placed, period windows. A flat roof garage is obscured from street view, resting between the two units."
