| Additional Information: | Two-story gable roofed house with symmetrical designed five-bay facade, outside wall chimney, quoins, one-story enclosed south side porch, six over six windows, cornice returns in gable ends, exterior wooden shutters, imitation lap siding, and small scale rounded open Neo-classical one-bay entrance portico supported by slender columns over side lighted entrance door with elliptical arched overlight. The architectural significance of the Evans House although a significant representative of Merman's Colonial Revival style has been altered by its move from 105 Losey Blvd., South in recent years. |
