1996- "Similar to its neighboring structure at 606 S. 7th Street, this one-and-one-half story, gabled bungalow rises from a concrete foundation and has clapboard siding. Period windows are found throughout the residence, and a garage is located beneath it. A partially enclosed, hip roof porch fronts the street facade."
