Additional Information:Grellinger had the house built in 1928 but sold it later that year to Rudolf Engemann for $14,000. Thirteen months later, the house was sold to Harold E. and Margaret M. Koch for $22,000. Harold was an engineer. As of 1936, Max and Marie Engemann lived here. By 1939, Norman A. and Amoret Evans lived here. He was a salesman at this time. By 1941, he is a sales manager in West Allis. On 12/22/1943, the Equitable Life Assurance Society sold the property to Marian T. and Robinson Bosworth, Jr. for $12,000. He was a production manager at Will Ross, Inc. On 1/5/1948, Richard E. and Jeanne Clark bought the property. He was a salesman. In 1953, John E. and Nancy Steigerwald bought the house. He was an assistant secretary at Steigerwald and Sons in Milwaukee. In 1956, Edward A. and Elizabeth J. Gorman bought the house. He was a supervisor at American Auto Insurance. William and Margaret Schaaf bought the house in 1974. Margaret was a daughter of the Gorman's. William practiced law in Milwaukee and Wauwatosa and was vice-president of a firm in Brookfield. The Klein's bought the home in 1999.
