| Additional Information: | Demolished for a parking lot. Large late example of modified American foursquare with Craftsman style inspiration. Symmetrial front facade with identical brick bay windows flanking the central entrance door. Both bay windows and the entrance porch are roofed by a common shed roof which is upheld by two Tuscan Order columns resting on brick pedestals where it covers the entrance. All first floor windows including these on the front facing bay windows and the hip roof rectilinear bay window on the south facing facade have soldier course brick lintels terminated by small rectangular concrete tiles as decoration. A corbelled brick beltcourse encircles the building and also serves as the 2nd floor window sill as well. The wide, overhanging eaves of the main roof now have aluminum siding as soffits. The roof itself is of slate with copper flashing. There is a hip roofed, modern addition attached to the north facade which is sided in wood boards. This building appears to have been connected with the now demolished St. Winnebrord's Church School Building which was located at 202-206 S. Jefferson Street next door.
