| Additional Information: | Features include: wood shingles in gable ends, decoratve soffit on small front porch, dentils over front window and above second story windows. In 1915 this property was owned by Emelie Baetz. Emelie was born in 1857 in Wisconsin. Her husband, Lorentz, was also born in 1857 in Germany and came to the U.S. in 1883. He was a teamster. They married ca 1891 and had two children. By 1910 Emelie was a window living with her son Arthur, a 17 year old mechanic in the shoe factory. |
