| Additional Information: | 2026; This Commercial-Vernacular-styled row building was constructed circa 1890. The chamfered two-story storefront is oriented on a corner lot at the intersection of Stark and High Streets and at the junction of two commercial row buildings of similar age that follow a general L-shape plan. The exterior is clad in painted shakes with a flat roof concealed by a decorative parapet cornice. The corner bay is crowned with a six-sided spire and a historic-aged weathervane. Windows at the second story are a mix of replacement picture, double-hung sashes, and casement with a transom. The first story storefront is shaded by a one-story sloped metal awning with a break in the roofline to accommodate the recessed storefront entry. The storefront has been primarily infilled, and exhibits a replacement picture window and glass entry system. |
