Additional Information:This 1 ½ story Minimal Traditional house was constructed in 1944. It is rectangular in plan with an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof and an exterior clad in brick veneer, aluminum siding, and T1-11 siding. The front elevation faces northeast and is nearly symmetrical in composition. A central front door features a single sidelight and is accessed via a concrete stoop with metal railings. Large, single-pane picture windows are located on each side of the front door. The windows and door are crowned with scalloped trim. A one-story, aluminum-clad garage with a flat roof projects from the building’s southeast elevation.
