1-story frame construction, Bungalow built sometime between 1916 and 1931, probably ca. 1920. rests on concrete basement and is finished with stucco. Asphalt shingles appear on the front gabled roof. The house displays a front-gabled, stuccoed porch on the main facade. The porch has closed rails and brackets with knee braces. Brackets with knee braces also accent the main block as well as the dormers. Paired and grouped windows in 4-over-1 configuration light the house.
