| Additional Information: | 2025 - This Tudor Revival house was constructed in 1931. Clad in tan brick, this one-and a half-story residence is irregular in plan with a primary elevation that faces east, featuring a side gabled roof with front-gabled projections and a hipped roof dormer. The raised foundation is also clad in brick, and the house has an asphalt-shingled roof with a brick chimney at the northern end. The primary elevation is asymmetrically arranged, with a round-arched doorway located within the projecting gable beneath a rounded, raised brick lintel. A modern wooden porch leads to the entrance. The door itself is wooden with a round leaded glass window in a spider-web design. Window bays to the left and right of the entry gable each contain six-over-six double hung sashes with plain concrete sills and wooden mullions. Windows appear to be replacements, though original openings have been preserved. A pair of similar sashes is found in the large gable above the entrance, and the hipped-roof dormer contains two smaller four-over-four double hung sashes. A detached two-car garage at the southwest corner of the property was also constructed in 1931. |
