| Additional Information: | 2023: This is a one and one-half story gabled-ell vernacular form constructed circa 1865. It is T-shaped in plan consisting of the principal side-gabled volume and a one-story rear gabled wing. The exterior has been covered with brick patterned sheeting while the wide band frieze trim remains intact. The cross-gabled roof widely overhanging closed with wood soffit and fascia. The roof slopes are clad in standing seam metal and an internal brick chimney rises from ridge of the rear gabled end. The principal (south) elevation is symmetrical in plan with a central entrance and flaking windows on either side indicative of a hall and parlor interior plan. A full-width open air porch spans the east elevation of the rear gabled wing and is supported by turned posts and brackets. A secondary entrance is in the east elevation of the rear gabled wing. |
