Additional Information:2023: This c.1910, two-and-one-half-story residence has a square plan, hip roof, rusticated concrete-block foundation, and asbestos shingle siding. The front (east) facade has a full-width porch with wood railings; a fixed window with leaded transom; projecting bays with one-over-one, double-hung windows on the first and second stories; and a wood bargeboard in the gable dormer. The side (north) elevation features a projecting bay similar to that on the facade and a gable wall dormer. The opposing side (south) elevation also features a gable wall dormer and entrance to the enclosed rear porch. All other visible windows are one-over-one, double-hung sash. Two brick chimneys are also present on the roof. Alterations include the replacement siding and one-over-one, double-hung windows. The rear portion of the lot has a detached garage with a side-gable roof and overhead door.
