| Additional Information: | 2022 - This Side-gabled Bungalow was constructed in 1935. Its primary elevation faces southeast and is clad in brown brick throughout, with an asphalt shingled roof. The two-story house features a shed-roof dormer in the center of the second story. An enclosed porch spans the entire width of the primary elevation and features flared brick corner posts with cast stone detailing at the top. The band of porch windows are six-over-one double hungs within a wooden surround, with the entrance located near the eastern corner of the elevation. A band of three three-over-one double hung windows is found within the second story dormer. Windows throughout the main body of the house are three-over-one double hungs within plain brick surrounds with cast stone sills. Windows are found singly, as well as in bands of two or three sashes. A front-gabled, clapboard clad garage with wooden barn doors is located due east of the main house. |
