| Additional Information: | 2021 - This Contemporary building was constructed circa 1970. It is rectangular in plan with a flat roof and brick-clad walls. This light-industrial building consists of two sections: a southern section featuring metal coping at the roofline and a bay of floor-to ceiling windows with entryway, and a northern, taller section that contains no fenestration, with brick bays separated by white cast stone pilasters. The main entrance is located on the western elevation of the southern section of the building. Large plate glass windows wraps around the southwest corner of the building beneath a metal cornice. Windows appear to be original. A large entry bay beside a metal-door pedestrian entrance on the northern section of the western elevation has been bricked in. |
