NOTES
Additional Information:This Contemporary style mixed use building was constructed in 1957. The building contains four storefronts in its lower level, and several apartments arranged around an exterior courtyard on the second level. An exterior staircase leads from the sidewalk to the upper level courtyard. The building is clad in artifical stone and painted concrete block. The storefronts appear to retain their original configuration, with random ashlar laid stone veneer and thin steel tubular posts, although the windows and doors appear to be modern replacements. The upper level apartments contain a variety of double hung and slider windows. The windows are arranged in bands with continuous cast stone sills and random ashlar laid stone veneer between the window openings.
