Additional Information:This two story Arts and Crafts style duplex was built in 1920. It is clad in brick with a hipped roof with side gables. A two-story, hip roofed, clapboard-clad sunroom with leaded glass casements is located on the front elevation. A hip roofed entry canopy is supported on triangular knee braces. A segmental-arched gabled dormer with three double hung windows is located in the front slope of the roof. Other windows in the house consist of double hung and piano windows, some with leaded glass lights.
