Additional Information:In 1964 a Town Hall was added to the north end of the garage, which has since been demolished. Two additional garage bays were added and the building now functions as the Fitchburg Parks Maintenance Facility.
Bibliographic References:From 1971-72, two bays of the town hall were used as quarters for the fire department, which had formed in 1971.
