Additional Information:2019 - This two-story modern office building was built in c.1965. It has a rectangular box-like form with brick cladding and an overhanging flat roof with wide fascia. The primary façade faces northwest toward Dennet Drive and includes a slightly off-center aluminum-frame glass entry door with side lights and a flat roof canopy. Flanking the entrance bay on either side are two recessed window bays, each with a two-part window unit on each floor consisting of a casement window and large fixed pane. Above each second-story window unit is a plain spandrel panel. Similar windows are positioned on the side and rear elevations.
