Bibliographic References:Building permit in the Green Bay Press Gazette on 8 June 1969, page 55; est. cost, $35,000. this permit, along with those for 1302 and 1320 were taken out on the same day. Although 1324 was printed as the address, it was clearly supposed to be 1325, per the city directory, as well per the 1972 permit for 1324 N Summer Range. Additionally, a sale ad for three homes in the subdivision, which was published in the GBPG on 10 January 1970, cites 1325 as the home's address (along with 1302 and 1320).
