| Additional Information: | 2017- "This c.1880, one-and-one-half-story, rectangular plan, side-gable residence has walls clad in stucco and scored to imitate coursed, dressed ashlar masonry. A small gable wing with vinyl siding extends at the rear. The gable roof is covered with standing seam metal and a brick end chimney projects above the ridgeline of the roof at the east end of the main block. A small cross gable is centered on the front (south) facade above the main entrance. Two windows are located on either side of the entrance, and window and door openings have segmental arch headers.
