| Additional Information: | 2016- "This Commercial Vernacular building was constructed in 1932. It is rectangular in plan with a shallow gabled roof behind a false front facade. Wall materials are mixed, including stucco, brick, wooden board and batten, coursed ashlar veneer, and random rubble veneer. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in plan with a paneled and glazed door at the southwest corner of the false front, with a board and batten panel containing signage above. A series of four single-paned rectangular windows span the front fagade, with stucco spandrel panels above and below. Between each window bay is a pilaster faced with random rubble veneer.
