NOTES
Additional Information:2016 - Two story industrial complex with Contemporary office. Contemporary office has a flat roof and is clad in red brick. It has a central projecting entrance, and a long ribbon of windows along the east facade. A large, concrete block factory building is located at the rear with no visible windows, but several large loading bays on the south elevation. 2022 - Appearance altered. Three-part windows spanning the facade have been replaced by fixed single panes, and brickwork between windows has been changed from a stack bond to a running bond. Also, full-height metal paneling has been added to the two front corners of the building, presumably for aesthetic purposes.
