Additional Information:Two-story, brick Italianate/Queen Anne transition residence. Retains original multi-pane windows, and original doors.
"John Klindt, senior partner in the Klindt-Geiger enterprises, chose this site for the building of his large home. Brick walls 16" thick rest on a limestone foundation...The original roof of slate with cast iron cresting was removed in 1962. A small wooden porch was replaced with the present in 1923...other features date from 1888." (Cassville Walking Tour brochure)
