Additional Information:2015- "This one-and-one-half-story bungalow was constructed c.1928. It rests on a brick foundation and has a clipped front
gable roof with wide eaves covered in asphalt shingles. The half-story has been altered and extended with shed dormers,
wood shingles, and one-over-one, double-hung windows. The house is clad in alternating colored brick, creating a
checkered pattern. The main (west) facade faces onto S. Chase Avenue. It features a one-story projecting wing with a
hip roof. Centered on the wing are three six-over-one, double-hung, wood windows. The main wooden entrance door is
on the north side of the wing. Leading up to the main entrance is a wood balustrade on the open porch. Windows on the
facade are six-over-one, double-hung, wood windows."
