NOTES
Additional Information:Directories indicate that German immigrant Gottlieb Velke (b. abt. 1844) lived at this address as early as 1909; however, building permits state that this house was replaced in 1925. Velte lived in the house with his daughter Clara into the early 1920s and she remained there into the early 1930s. No occupation was mentioned for either. The house next was occupied by Charles E. Liebenthall in the 1940s and John Muhich in the 1950s and 1960s.

2015- "Faced with brick, this two-story, American Foursquare house is topped with a pyramidal roof outfitted with a small, clipped-gable dormer on the main (south) facade. The eaves are clad with headboard. The facade-length, hipped-roof porch is enclosed with a trio of six-over-one, double-hung sashes and a doorway flanked by two similar windows. Paired sets of the same pierce the porch's sidewalls. Located above the porch on the second level is a row of four six-over-one, double-hung sashes. The same windows are found on the side walls and are arranged both singly and in pairs.

Directories indicate that German immigrant Gottlieb Velke (b. abt. 1844) lived at this address as early as 1909; however, a building permit states that the original house at this location was replaced in 1925. Velte lived in the house with his daughter Clara into the early 1920s and she remained there into the early 1930s. No occupation was mentioned for either. The house next was occupied by Charles E. Liebenthall in the 1940s and John Muhich in the 1950s and 1960s."
