| Additional Information: | 2014- "This one-and-one-half-story bungalow was constructed c.1920. It is of frame construction sheathed in clapboard, and rests on a concrete block foundation. Asphalt shingles cover the side gable roof, which features overhanging eaves with exposed rafter tails and a large gable wall dormer centered on the front (east) facade. The gable porch spans the front facade and has been enclosed with aluminum storm windows. The gables of the house, dormer, and porch are clad in wood shingles. Windows are one-over-one, double-hung, replacement sash with plain wood surrounds, and a bay window projects from the south (side) elevation near the southeast corner.
