It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History. 2014 Associated with The Everson Farmhouse (AHI No. 6993). This c.1910 bank barn with its long axis oriented east-west is located at the south end of the barn complex, connected to the adjacent barn by a gable-roof hyphen. Resting on a poured concrete foundation, the walls are clad in wood drop siding and the gambrel roof is covered in standing-seam metal. A large cross gable with flared eaves is located on the north elevation above a sliding door and an earthen ramp that provides access to main drive floor. The basement level is accessed at the east end, where a sliding door is flanked by three double-hung wood windows on each side, and similar windows are also located along the south elevation. A c.1940 round corrugated metal grain bin with a conical roof is located immediately south of the barn. |
