NOTES
Additional Information:THIS HOUSE HAS THE EXACT PLAN USED BY M. H. ANSLEY FOR A HOUSE FEATURED IN THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER IN 1909, SO IT IS BEING ATTRIBUTED TO HIM. 2024: This 1 ½ story bungalow was constructed in 1911. It is rectangular in plan with a cast stone foundation, vinyl siding, and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces south and features a recessed porch spanning the width of the façade. The porch features Tuscan column supports that rest on cast stone piers. Inside the porch is a single door and at least two replacement windows (a third window opening appears to have been sided over). A hipped-roof dormer projects from the center of the front roof slope; this contains two one-over-one windows.
