| Additional Information: | 2014- Appearance unchanged. 2012- This American Foursquare farmhouse was constructed c.1910. The walls are clad in clapboard and the moderately-pitched hip roof is covered in asphalt shingles and has broad overhanging eaves above a wide frieze band. A one-story porch spans the front (south) facade, its hip roof supported by tapered square posts resting on a clapboard-clad balustrade. A cream brick chimney projects above the roofline. Window openings contain one-over-one replacement sash. An enclosed porch is attached on the east (side) elevation, its roof accessible via a door from the upper story. A c.1900 gable-roof basement barn is located to the northeast; the barn has a fieldstone foundation with glass block windows, walls clad in vertical vinyl replacement siding, and a corrugated metal roof. Several modern pole structures are also located on the property |
