Additional Information:LYCKBERG WAS THE PRESIDENT OF FIRST REALTY GROUP, INC. THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT BY KENNETH HEITMAN, GENERAL CONTRACTOR. In the nomination for the Sunset Hills HD the name of this house was the Clement E. & Darleen Lyckberg House. Later information showed that the owner's name was spelled as Clemence.
