Additional Information:A 1931 permit indicates building was "lowered about 3 feet to street grade." Early tenants of this building include a barber shop and, subsequently, a secondhand bookstore and a fish store.

Earliest known property owners were Frazier & Lucy Lobdell in 1927. Frazier was employed as a foreman and, later, a carpenter, while Lucy worked as a clerk at the Boston Store.

A bungalow house (AHI #221973) also found on property.

Subject building sheathed with brick-pattern asphalt siding in 1935.
