| Bibliographic References: | Assessor's information cites a 1914 date of construction. A Citation in The American Contractor, 10 May 1913, p81, notes the construction of a 2 1/2 story house on Beverly Road for Edwin Wollaeger, architects, Brust, Phillip & Heimerl. Bids were only being taken at this point but the construction is noted is hollow tile and plaster with a shingle roof, which would suggest it is this house, where the Wollaegers are confirmed as living per city directories. |
