Additional Information:One-story Contemporary-style house with an L-plan and a flat roof. The house is clad in original vertical wood siding with stone veneer and features wide overhanging eaves, a thick cornice line, a wide exterior stone chimney, bands of elevated awning windows, bands of casement windows, a deemphasized entry along the wing near the junction with the ell, and an integrated basement-level two-car garage. The permit identifies that the house was constructed for Frank Graner by Marshall Erdman & Associates. The house conforms with Erdman's Model C U-Form-It plan, which was first introduced in 1954.
