Additional Information:Split-level residence with a rectangular plan comprised of two masses: a two-story hip-roof volume and a one-story side-gable wing. The house features wide-lap clapboard and brick veneer, a wide brick chimney, wide overhanging eaves, double-hung windows, a four-part bay window, a recessed entry with an integrated planter, and an integrated two-car garage. The residence was constructed by Jack Cummings, who was listed as both the owner and contractor on the building permit.
