This building is associated with the wedge shaped office building to the west. It is a rectangular shaped storage building with a flat roof and false parapet wall on the west elevation. Three bays with metal overhead doors is to the east. Lockers are on the south elevation wall. A service bay is sheltered by a shed roof on the north elevation.
