| Additional Information: | City of Green Bay, Wisconsin - Architectural and Historical Intensive Survey Report Phase 1 - 2021 Photo code #2: 75BR-7/34 Much altered house with tall side gabled main roof with lower gable roof at right angles facing to the rear. Gable ends of the side gable portion have overhanging eaves with a built-up arched opening corbelled out over the gable end, which is flush with the main facade. There is a large six light window lighting the staircase on the west facade. The main facade has a central portion which projects upward, bisecting the cornice, and is surmounted by a gable roof dormer; later residing obliterated mmost details of the main house, but there is an intact one and a half story tall carriage house to the rear (70/32) having clapboard siding on the first floor and wood shingle siding in the gable ends which probably shows the original siding materials of the main house. The gable ends of the carriage house have the same built-up arched opening as the main house. #650: Carriage House (70/32) |
