The Wisconsin Historical Society waived its 30 day demolition notice requirement for the detached garage on this property on 8/17/2011. This one and a half story Cross Gabled house features a stucco covered foundation, an asbestos exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled multi-gabled roof. The former single-family residence, which is in fair condition, now serves as a duplex. It was owned by Edith B. Jones in 1981. The Henry Crane house was built in c. 1870. (See Bib. Ref. A, B). 2020: Resurveyed - altered appearance due to porch enclosure and chimney removal. |
