Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. The Wisconsin Historical Society waived its 30 day demolition notice requirement for the detached garage on this property on 8/17/2011. This one and a half story Cross Gabled house features a stucco covered foundation, an asbestos exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled multi-gabled roof. The former single-family residence, which is in fair condition, now serves as a duplex. It was owned by Edith B. Jones in 1981.

The Henry Crane house was built in c. 1870. (See Bib. Ref. A, B).
