Additional Information:This two story frame house features an L-shaped plan configuration, an unspecified stone foundation, a clapboard exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled mutli-gabled roof. Italianate design elements include a low pitched roof and decorative moldings on the windows. The residence is in good condition. Historical Statement: This dwelling was built in about 1865 for B. H. Baldwin, an employee of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad.
