NOTES
Additional Information:Contractor was Martin Jezo Construction

The Albert Kopis building is a two-story bricked faced commercial structure. Large storefront picture windows occupy the southern two-thirds of the first story. A recessed wood and glass door is centered between the windows. The second story entrance door, which is on the northern corner, is wood paneled with a simple square window above, flanked by paneled wooden pilasters. A wide decorative frieze is implied by a stone stringer course across the top of the first story windows and doors, and there is a continuous stone sill beneath the second story windows. Alternating diamond- and square-shaped stones are centered in this band.

Second story fenestration includes two picture windows, each flanked by double hung windows, and one double hung window above the second story entrance. Each window group is framed by brick jambs and lintels with square corner blocks at each upper corner. Another stone stringer course separates the second story from the shaped parapet wall above. Three framed panels are present in the parapet, each with a row of header bricks and smaller corner blocks. A semicircular profile with a diamond-shaped stone marks the center of the parapet, and two corner posts with inverted stone triangles mark the ends. The entire parapet is capped with a stone sill.
