| Additional Information: | This one and one half story, side gabled bungalow rises from a brick foundation and is sheathed with vinyl. A series of wooden piers support the roof of the open porch which shelters the central door with its wooden surround and sidelights, as well as a pair of windows to either side of the entry. Aside from the window replacements found within the dormer, all windows are double hung and include a six light upper sash. In Walking Around Sharon, this house is identified as the C.M. Goelzer Residence. In 1911, prior to construction of the home, the lot was owned by Charles Hamlin. In 1937, the owner is recorded as George Bressler. |
