Additional Information:Originally named Snyder Cemetery, after John Snyder, who donated the land for this use in 1861. On a c. 1962 USGS map, it is known as the Benkert-Bushnell Cemetery. This cemetery is a small rectangular parcel of approximately one acre in size. The stones in the cemetery are primarily nineteenth and early twentieth century markers.
