| Additional Information: | Historic Architectural Survey Report for the Whitewater Solar Project - Stantec, Inc. This roughly 5-acre parcel includes a circa 1870 house, a circa 1995 metal pole barn garage, and a circa 1995 shed. The roughly one-and-a-half-story metal pole barn garage, as well as the smaller metal-clad shed, are located southeast of the house, at the end of a gravel driveway that extends south from Highway 12. The metal pole barn garage has a metal roof, metal siding, and a sliding metal door in the northern gabled elevation. The smaller shed, to the west of the garage, is a prefabricated type, with metal roof, metal siding, and a metal door in its eastern gable end. The property upon which these outbuildings sit shares the same history of ownership as the Frank Smith House; however, these outbuildings are of a much more recent vintage. |
